Cookies

The websites partially use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our offerings more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

The majority of the cookies we use are called "session cookies." They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser during your next visit.

You can configure your browser to be informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general, and enable the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies that are necessary for the execution of the electronic communication process or for providing certain functions you desire (e.g., shopping cart function) are stored based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of their services. To the extent that other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are stored, these will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

Server log files

Our servers automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits to us automatically. These are:

Browser type and browser version

Operating System Used

Referrer URL

Hostname of the accessing computer

Time of the server request

IP address

These data will not be combined with other data sources. This data is collected for security purposes and will be deleted in a timely manner.

The basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. A simple informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – particularly retention periods – remain unaffected.
