Axel founded JurSupport Consulting while still in his studies and currently leads the management. Previously, he was involved with the RAWIN software company in various roles and notably shaped innovative seminars such as "The Virtual Law Firm – Legal Documents in Cyberspace" at the Free University of Berlin.

Rolf founded the company RA WIN 2000 over 30 years ago, after he was responsible for leading the RA-Micro-Windows development – one of the first innovative practice management software solutions in Germany. He showcased the innovation early on at trade fairs like CeBIT and shaped the industry through technical pioneering work.
